Our Mission
Maydm provides girls and youth of color in grades 6 -12 with the skills, experiences, and connections to pursue careers in and change the face of STEM.
Our Vision
We envision a world where all students know that a career in STEM is possible for them; a world where all students can pursue their dreams as entrepreneurs, developers, engineers, professors, and more.
We are committed to social justice through access to education opportunity, and financial literacy and growth, by disrupting systemic barriers to equal representation.
We embrace an environment that uplifts and supports our mental, physical, and emotional capacity to enact change for our communities.
We implement the highest standards of techniques to consistently deliver cutting-edge and transformational programs for our students.
